RE: Toilet flange broke off the tube going into the tank--HELP
Well Curly, sounds like you have your bowl full. Years ago when I was a plumber we used to that a device that was dang useful when it came to broken flanges and PVC pipe. I don't know if it's still on the on the shelves at the locale plumbing supply and I don't know the name of it. But what it did was slide down inside the old pipe and with a two expansion type screws it expanded on the inside of the pipe. It was a new new flange from the floor up. I know your toilet is screwed to the floor but you might find that regular Johny bolts might work to hold that bowl to the floor.
What you will have to do is get a good inside measurement on the down pipe then go to a good plumbing supply (not a Home Depot) and see if they can help you our. Good luck Bill

There's not to lose by trying, If the pilot goes out, it will go in to an auto shut down mode. My first trailer, it would always go out, the newer ones have electric pilots, if the wind from the road blows it you, the most that will happen is you will have to turn on off then back on again. Bill

the Icon is still there (it should be. If you click on the arrow, that is at the beginning of the Icon tray, it will extend out. You should see it here. If there not used often enough, it tends to hide the unused Icons. Good Luck Bill

I'm not a TC person, but I can see where the jack being extended in the down position, would realy increase the leverage action should the wheels get a stone or obstruction blocking it. I think it would make the hole just buckle up and crash. esp with the all that weight and momentum of the camper moving. I wouldn't want to try it. But that is just me, and I watch a lot of You Tube. There are several things my wish to check.
A. Your going home to the same Wife.
B. Your going home to the right house
C. You water hardness hasn't change. Softer water will make them not as bulky.
D. You are using the proper measure for the fluids.
E. It sounds like your dough is to wet. Let it sit for a few mins. before putting it on the heat.
F. The temperature of the stove is at 350 not less. Some times the calibration on the knob can be off. A few degrees will make a lot of difference.

Another problem you might have is the vent pipe has slid down into the tank. This will cause the tank to start to back up as you out lined, it will also force vapors past your show trap into the RV. You need a camera on a probe to see if in fact this is the cause. Good Luck and happy venting Bill

Aside from picking it up and pushing into the upper track, you might want to see if there are rollers on the bottom edge of the door that act as glides, you might have to retract them to get enough clearance to get get over the bottom edge without doing damage or hanging up. At least that's how it is on home glass sliding door, I can only assume yours are the same or pretty close to the same. Good luck Bill

I believe you will find that leaving closed is the standard operation. I will keep the tanks from drying out and having to deal with cement TP in spring. If you do decide to leave them open, I would recommend you get one of the large bronze or stainless scrub pads to block off the opening against varmints. The pads break there little teeth when bite into it. Bill

Not all have anodes, depending on the manufacture. Leave the plug out for the winter. You don't want any water in the tank. Use your by pass valves. Bill

How old was the gas in tank, the new gas contains that Ethanol, which tends to evaporate out, making the gas tend to gel some what.

They tend to make life a lot easier. When I had my C, I used some wooden 2X8"'s to block up the wheels, to level up. But for the most part I just let it be since most spots were pretty level. It will also keep you from feeling people walking around as much. There not cheap to add on, I believe around four grand. JMHO Bill

Tracfone rides the ATT Micro waves, so if you have ATT you have Tracfone. I have also heard they ride Verizon.
I will know for a fact my brother has ATT and a friend has Verizon, and when going upstate New York, if any one had any bars, I had bars on my Tracfone and the other may not have had bars. As far as the smokies go. It's a real hit and miss, with more of misses. Bill

First open the slide valve that flushes.Second take a deep breath.Third reach your arm down as far as it will go and feel around for solids.Once you find them crumble them up.Fourth flush with water.Do this once a month for preventive maintenance.Hope this helps.
Sounds like a job for the wife, just before cooking dinner.
